You will design your own one-hour-long conversation practice session with a native speaker in your target language.

Use this opportunity to improve your speaking and listening skills, practice in alternate dialects, and learn about the cultures and countries represented by the languages you are studying.

Who are Chatterbox conversation partners?

Chatterbox conversation partners are highly-skilled and educated professionals who have become displaced.

They are from diverse backgrounds including medicine, advocacy, academia and film.

They are working with Chatterbox to rebuild their careers in their adopted homes.

 

Which languages are currently available?

We are able to offer Arabic, French, Korean, Kurdish, Swahili, Lingala, Farsi, Dari, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Pashto, and growing.

 

How do I use the service?

After you initially sign up to access the service, we will send you further instructions on booking your first session.
